About: among the first to challenge the tradition of panettone, whose historical recipe requires only two phases of kneading. Tiri reinvent it, making it softer, more fragrant and easier to digest. This was only possible thanks to their original method with 3 kneading phases and 72 hours of processing, and to the selection of the finest ingredients. The result is a soft and fragrant Traditional Panettone, enriched by Australian Raisins and Lucanian Staccia Orange.
